   Can confirm: it’s not a fad. This is a terrific Destroyer. I got a 175g and it absolutely bombs. Some of my favorite Destroyers/DD3s are actually on the flatter side, and these are like that. They feel phenomenal for forehands and the plastic is nice and grippy.

   I can also confirm this destroyer is awesome. I put this swirled star version in multiple weights head to head against the Emperor and Salt from Clash. I tried the S blend emperor and the Swirly S blend emperor, and the tone salt, and steady salt. You might say this was a fairly comprehensive test. lol

   For context I throw about 360-410 ft forehand and 350-375 backhand.

   I have three of the destroyers. The flat 176.8g is by far my favorite. Dead straight, has stability, bombs forehand and backhand. The two lighter ones I have are slightly domey. They also go far, but do flip a bit. I don’t even bother trying them on forehand because the heavy flat one is fantastic.

   The S Blend emperor does fly a tiny further when full bomb on forehand, but the consistency of the destroyer made it the clear winner. I will be keeping the S blend emperor as well for windier days. The swirly bomber stamp emperor and salts were more beefy. If you throw further, those may be for you. The salt plastic is incredible.
