He loves the Roadrunner for rollers. Also makes a great turnover disc and will be a great first disc for new players.

  1. Frank TX (verified owner)

    Smooth and Fast

a lighter Star Roadrunner performs well and gives control through tunnels and threading lines.
BackHand Finesse throws. with a little more distance than some fairway drivers.
Good low height drives that carry. Parked several holes first time out.

i tried the Star RR, after trying the Champion RR,The Champion version did not perform as expected. it is more like a stable Valkyrie or Beast.

  2. Frank TX

Update, Backhand Finesse, this Star RoadRunner is my primary for tight woods and light turnovers.
    Lots of parked drives.
Very Durable, I have punished trees ( sorry trees ) and this disc is the same.
Prefer my 160g RR over the 170 and 175.
Teach a newbie with the light ones, maybe they will become a disc golfer.
