One of my favorite Control Drivers from Innova. The Champion Thunderbird is an incredibly consistent disc. You don’t need to be a 4 time world champion to become heavily reliant on the Thunderbird. A 9H on the Marshall Street Flight Guide means it falls right in the middle on the stability scale.

This disc is a great beginner disc that will fly super straight and far with great glide. Don’t worry, if you are no longer a beginner you can still throw this disc as it will be your go to “Hyzer Flip” disc or even a long range roller!

This disc takes its role in an epic battle against the infamous headwind, fortunately the Firebird usually comes out on top, unless you can’t throw it hard enough or a tree steps in to break up the fight.
