I can't say I've ever specifically desired my pancakes to be flat like this. It's more of a crepe, wouldn't you say?

Anyway, they work great as minis, and some of them are UV reactive, meaning they shine super bright under a blacklight.

One kind even changes color in sunlight from whiteclear to purple, those ones also glow!
